Consumer Direct Personal Care (CDPC) performs fiscal intermediary functions for the Consumer, including processing time sheets, processing caregiver payroll, and billing payer sources. 

CDPC provides training for the Consumer and resources for caregiver training and also assists the Consumer in maintaining program compliance.
